When I read the plot summary I really wanted to like this but the writer/director made that impossible for me. It tries to be a thriller but fails at it terribly. This kid's girlfriend cheats on him with the neighborhood tough guy so the kid finds out and wants to fight him. His friends think this guy will kill him & they try to talk him out of it. Then they go back & forth trying to build tension but it all falls flat. We get to listen to the kid's friend talking about all the steroids he takes but his build is weak so it was especially annoying to me. Then as stated at the very beginning he fights at the end of the film & the fight doesn't pay off at all considering the 90 minutes that the viewer has to invest to get to it. I was bored through the whole film so I at the least expected something gritty in the final act which goes off like a wet fire-cracker. The acting was very wooden at times too so I really recommend avoiding this at the least don't pay for it because you will be unhappy when the credits role. 2.5/10
