| Storyline The World Bank President has been kidnapped by a para-military group in the Niger Delta of Nigeria. If the president wants to be set free, he must disclose an undeniable truth to the world, and in plain words. World Bank President, John Dough, will not yield to the demands of the rebel forces of World Africans for Reparation (W.A.R.).
