| Storyline An intriguing story of good, evil and the supernatural. The Story takes place in the Florida Everglades. Three men are hunting when an airplane drops bails of drugs on the ground where they are hunting.. The men must decide whether to be law-abiding citizens and report the drugs or take the drugs and sell them for millions of dollars. The lure of easy money entices the hunters into an action packed adventure as drugs dealers-led by Paco, a cold and ruthless Colombian drug lord-chase them in their quest for their precious cargo. Their decision to take the drugs leads them on a spine tingling confrontations with the drugs dealers who both outnumber and out gun them. I have seen porno movies with better acting that the crap I saw in this movie. I was laughing the whole time I saw this film, and was yelling at the screen. That stupid slow-motion effect with the weird-sounding voice was extremely retarded. Also, how fast was the truck going in the case scenes? I think about 5 mph. Another observation: the over usage of MUSCLE SHIRTS. I've been to the Everglades, and that ain't something you wear out there. Blood-sucking bugs the size of helicopters will suck you dry if you were to wear something, such as a tank top or muscle shirt out there, like to bad actors did in this crap movie. Also, why did the stupid leader of the drug dealers have on a stupid, taco-shell, Tim McGraw-type cowboy hat on the whole time? Oh, and not to mention the black, leather jacket in the EVERGLADES???? Bad movie, bad acting….Overall, one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I think you could find better acting in a film called "Gaping A-hole Teens 2."
I watched this movie coz my hubby said he saw that it got a rating of 7.3? i suspected it was probably the cast & crew who voted. for some reason it was also tagged as a horror movie so i kept watching until I made it to the end of the movie. I couldn't help making fun of the bad acting, the story which didn't make sense, and why the writers would forcibly add a supernatural touch. slow motion sequences only work when used limitedly, otherwise its just baaaad – and this movie is full of slo-mo! quite honestly this was a waste of time, i give it a 2 for effort on the action. don't be fooled by ratings here, always check the number of critics who actually rated the movie!
The only reason i can think why this movie has a 7.3 rating is because all the cast and crew voted, and not even they could give it a 10 rating, because even if you had a part in this movie u understand what a terrible film this was. This movie was a disaster from beginning to end, it had some awful camera shots, horrible lighting and production. For gods sake there's a fight scene when is raining during a bright sunny day!!, and another part where u can clearly see the camera crew in the reflection of the car, or the high-speed chase at 10MPH or the over using slow motion effect in every scene, not to mention the horrendous acting by the whole cast and i mean everyone (including the dog). There are plot holes all over this movie, to many to go over, i would recommend this movie only if you wanna have a good laugh criticizing it, otherwise do not waste your money or valuable time on this film.
Movie has plenty of flaws, but overall not bad. The action fight scenes were interesting and fast moving, and it is was interesting to see Latin stars cross-over from Spanish and novelas to an action genre.
The main plot was OK. But there is a subplot that was never really developed properly, which could have made it more interesting.
A few of the actors were mediocre, while others were more experienced. Probably the fact that most actors in this movie are actually well know Spanish language actors makes it interesting to see. Overall not bad….and I only wish they developed the subplot with the elderly African American character.
