When I was a kid I would always hide little treasures and then make maps for my friends to follow to find them. Hanna's Gold brought back those memories and really reminded me of the spirit of adventure that we all have when we are young. I have't seen these two girls before in movies but I think they are sisters- like a less offensive version of the Olsen twins.
Overall it's hard to find movies that my kids and I can watch together, especially in this day and age where everything seems so violent. We watched Hanna's Gold this weekend and we can't stop referencing it. The story was well told and compelling and it had a great message for young girls. Plus Dan Benson and Luke Perry were really good in this film!
