| Storyline Amir an orthopedic resident in a community hospital. He is awfully tired and and commit Patient Turfing( a term which means illegal rejecting patients and diverting them to other centers). At the same time a medical ethics conference is held in the very hospital. Amir in his vacation travel to North of Iran and in the road he undergo a bad head-on crash accident. Afterward he himself become new sacrifice of Patient Turfing and move like ping pong ball between hospitals.
